In today's customer reality, #specialized #expertise is becoming an increasingly rare commodity. Quantum Process detected

Yesterday in the realm of #SIGNAVIO, a company known for its groundbreaking innovations and solutions, I found myself preparing for a meeting with one of our valued customers. I was eager to share an innovative concept related to leveraging #LLM in #processanalytics.

The customer runs a #processinsights solution that sparked our discussion. Together, we embarked on an exploration of the 'make to order process', using it as a platform to exhibit my idea. However, to my dismay, I found some crucial pieces of text were absent, thwarting my demonstration. But as the saying goes, 'failure is simply the opportunity to begin again, this time more intelligently.' 

Together, we decided to examine the process flow from a different perspective. And voilá! We stumbled upon a #process #quantum #phenomena that wasn't part of our initial agenda - an unexpected but intriguing turn of events 😎

In the 'make to order' scenario, the production only begins after a customer's order is obtained. The product is specifically tailored to fulfill this order and, once completed, is placed into 'customer stock'. This special stock can only be accessed to meet the requirements of the respective customer.

Consequently, the product's delivery can only be carried out once the manufacturing task is complete. However, in this odd realm we had discovered, the usual logic somehow became skewed.

Our customer found themselves in a peculiar situation - they were able to ship a product that technically hadn't been produced yet. This seemed surreal to us at first, yet we soon realized it was a manifestation of process parallelism.

Parallel to the 'make to order' process ran another one called 'make to stock'. Here, the products were generated anonymously and added to an unrestricted stock. Consequently, these two seemingly separate processes were really happening in tandem.

Process 1 depended on the success of Process 2 and could only reach its conclusion if Process 2 was concurrently taking place. In this unexpected confluence, we discovered not only an efficient solution to the customer's situation but also a level of development in process engineering that we hadn't considered before 🤗 (at least me)

In conclusion, our #journey began with a #failure, but it led us to a greater discovery of  a process quantum phenomena and - maybe - a new way to apply LLM in process analytics. 

This story serves as a testament that failure is not a dead-end street, but rather a detour sign toward a potentially more exciting and innovative path

Dominik Thiem, Grand Slam Winner US Open, two times finalist in Roland Garros against Rafa Nadal during his first serve yesterday during #bmwopen in Munich.

Well - this turned out to be a miss - a double fault followed.

I had mixed emotions yesterday watching Dominik play - and loose to a Spanish player - who celebrated his first ever win during an ATP tournament 

Thiem suffered from an injury of his wrist - in turn he had to transform his technique - taking away some easiness and the inner certainty of winning 

So here he lost, 30 years young, mentioning a few days ago that he may retire from the tour soon.

Your yesterday victories make you legend - but they do not make you win today.

There is a lesson - #transformation never ends - your #competition is chasing you - but someone’s defeat is another one’s greatest victory
