Oona, the digital general insurance platform for South East Asia, backed by global private equity firm Warburg Pincus, has ambitious plans to expand its reach in the South East Asia. The Oona group aims to become the general insurer of choice for both partners and customers, leveraging the pillars of superior customer service, advanced technology, and a well-established brand.

My role as Group Head of Product is to drive a roadmap that enables Oona's commitment to delivering innovative, technology-driven solutions that meet the evolving needs of customers through a superior user experience.

- Strategic leader, responsible for the company’s overall product strategy and portfolio.
- Reports directly to the CEO. 
- Focused on user satisfaction, I established frameworks for measuring product and customer success, constantly improving performance while maintaining avg CES > 8/10 and NPS > +50.
- Developed the roadmap and expanded the product portfolio (hardware, software, data) to cover new use cases and industries, increasing the total addressable market and creating upselling opportunities, inc. AI/ML models for predictive maintenance and anomaly detection as a service.
- Grew the product and design team from 4 to 12 FTE at zero attrition rate. Implemented learning and development programs; upskilled and brought team members to next levels in their career path.

Head of Product

- Successfully led the MVP program for the company's core product, PROPELLER, which achieved 100% of KPIs targets and exceeded 67% of them, proving the product's value and fit for the market. 
- Engaged with key stakeholders to ensure a smooth deployment and customer satisfaction.
- Conducted interviews and workshops to align product fit and build the feature roadmap.
- Designed success frameworks and implemented monitoring tools.
- Designed training and supporting materials including CBT, user manuals and other documentations.

Acting Head of Product

- Responsible for hardware / software integration that automation of workflows of the company's core product, PROPELLER. 
- Successfully ran a pilot program that involved stakeholders worldwide. 
- Organised workshops and interviews, collecting feedback that drove the platform's roadmap.
