As a teaching assistant at the IT-University of Copenhagen, I teach in the transition between business and technology, demonstrating how digital organization and transformation enable strategic goals and operational excellence. I am also a current student in the master's program of Digital Innovation and Management (DIM), where I learn to apply cutting-edge theories and methods to design, develop, and manage digital solutions that create value for users, organizations, and society. In addition, I work as a student assistant at Ørsted, a global leader in green energy, where I support the digital transformation of the company's operations and processes. I leverage my skills in communication, project planning, and graphic facilitation to collaborate with various stakeholders and deliver high-quality results. Furthermore, I am a board member of Bofællesskaberne Inge og Sofie Marie, a community of social educators who provide care and support for people with special needs. I have a background in social education and a HD 1 degree in business administration, which enable me to combine my passion for social impact with my interest in business and technology.
