I took on the adventure to try and get my first startup off the ground. We did a live music event video--streaming-to-Blockchain solution. Went pretty well, except the part where the covid lockdown came and live music events disappeared within hours. We shut down soon after. In hindsight: We did too many things at the same time and focused on the wrong stuff and thus, were not able to pivot it around.
