I’m fascinated by people, their stories of how they got to where they are, what they aspire to or why they’re stuck. By understanding our behaviour, why we do what we do and how do the organisation dynamics and operational environments effect our choices. This provides the ability to support people and organisations to realise what's possible through developing healthy and productive ways of working. Often why we're stuck is the limits we've created for ourselves. Fear of risk, failure, loss or just not sure it's possible. Back before more knee surgeries than I have knees, I was fascinated by the physical limits we live by. My mothers words from a different time warning me of doing too much. These days you'll find me in early mornings, seeing how far my knees can take me.
