Our team develops software solutions in the field of intralogistics, for warehouses looking to improve their processes through WMS/MFS solutions. My current role as an IT Logistics Consultant is to offer support as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team, throughout the whole system development life cycle. Main tasks include:  
•	Analysis and understanding of current needs, business processes and scope of the new system to be delivered
•	Requirements elicitation though various techniques (customer workshops, field observation, brainstorming, legacy system requirements study, etc.), requirements management, validation, conflict resolution
•	Writing project IT specifications & creating various work products (diagrams, system flow-charts)
•	Creating and assigning Jira tasks for development team
•	Planning and effort estimation of project technical development together with the Lead Developer
•	Working closely with the development team to ensure product requirements are clearly understood and implemented effectively
•	Cresting test scenarios and test-cases
•	Manual testing of solution through our warehouse simulation tool 
•	Customer relationship & support during commissioning phase
•	Customer training
•	Participating in on-site delegations for: client workshops, support during UAT, Go-live, commissioning
Active involvement in the delivery of intralogistics software projects in the following countries: Germany, France, Spain.

IT Logistics Consultant

Advising, executing and supporting in the process of growth and scaling up of a productivity tool recently launched on the Romanian market. I have started as a junior product owner before the project was launched and successfully managed to launch the project on the market, by communicating with stakeholders, and strategically guiding our internal technical development team altogether with design, website development, and PR & marketing agencies. 

My activities included:
- Being the liaison between the users and the product team 
- Creating and clearly communicating Product Backlog items and their prioritization through Agile methodologies (web app, mobile app, hardware component - badging system) 
- Identifying, managing and indicating UI/UX website changes and communication with design & web development collaborators
- Creating the Social Media strategy & Content (written & visual) on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Email Marketing
- Coordinating paid ad campaigns with collaborators (digital marketing specialists)
- Coordinating PR initiatives together with our PR agency
- Collecting feedback and assessing the product-market fit
