- Successfully launched Carts Guru's new B2B e-commerce platform along with the marketing team (go-to-market strategy, UX writing, new website and copy, social media, email campaigns, Help Centre, and thought leadership content).
- Planned and wrote more than 100 articles and produced more than 20 videos for the Carts Guru Help Centre, reducing customer complaints by 10% and simplifying the onboarding process.
