Innovation Labs Romania

▪ Innovation Labs is a well known pre-accelerator designed for young tech founders and startups, addressed to students and graduates from technical, business and communication universities. 

▪ Here, I am responsible for the management of the entire project, starting with related events to the hackathon, the mentoring period and the demo day. In this period I have to make sure that all events are going well, from the early planning stage to execution and closing.

▪ #defineSchool was designed as a benchmark in the development of young IT entrepreneurs in Romania. Through this project we want to build a strong community of young people to contribute to the sustainable development of the romanian IT domain and the youth community. 

▪ My main responsibilities include: planning and distributing the tasks, making sure that they are fulfilled to the right standard, coordinating the team, making sure the project is running on time and budget and that it delivers the expected outcomes and benefits.

▪ #defineSchool is an IT entrepreneurship school for students and young professionals developed to help creating the next generation of tech entrepreneurs for Romania. 

▪ In my first months in this project, I was responsible for maintaining the link with existing partners and creating new partnerships to help ensure the smooth running of the event.

UNIQA Software Services SRL

▪ Uniqa Raiffeisen Software Service is part of a large insurance and banking multinational group with headquarters in Vienna, Austria.

▪ Here I was working on a java based life insurance application developing new functionalities according to the customer specifications and perform application maintenance, in a mixed team - Romanian developers and Austrian manager & business analysts.

Salt & Pepper - Digital Agency

▪ During this internship I worked on one of Salt&Pepper's projects. It was a mobile application you could join with your friends to buy gifts together or create personal wish lists so shopping would be easier for your loved ones.

Android Intern

Yonder

▪ During the internship we were split into 2 teams that worked on two internal projects. 
My team worked on developing a web-based management application for internal trainings, dedicated to employees, on different topics designed according to their needs, following their professional and personal development. In this project we worked as Agile as possible, trying to respect the scrum methodologies. 
▪ We worked with Java technologies (Spring, Hibernate, Maven, etc.), Web technologies (AngularJS2, HTML, CSS), and also took part in different trainings held by Yonder employees.

JAVA Intern

OSUT

▪	This position is part of OSUT's leading office, my permanent duties being: planning weekly meetings, managing meetings records, making applications and certificates, managing partnerships invoices and agreements, maintaining a close relationship with partners and organizing new events and projects.

General Secretary

▪	Electrotech is biannual event taking place in the Technical University of Cluj-Napoca, with the aim of facilitating communication between technical companies and faculty students through company presentations, workshops and trainings. 

▪      My responsibilities were to organize the team, create an action plan and set the objectives of the project. My team was made up of approximately 60 people helping me implement the whole plan of the event. I had to manage the project in terms of time, resources, and quality.

Project Coordinator for Electrotech, 19th edition

▪	Polihack is a biannual hackathon dedicated to students from tech universities created to promote their performance, simulate creativity and innovation and also to discover the best students in the IT field.
▪	Being the first edition, my job was to create a concept, to organize the team in a really short time, to plan a strategy and to supervise the smooth running of the event

▪	I have been involved in various departments and services of the organization (cultural, sports and health, professional, fundraising, HR), constantly on the fundraising service, which involves obtaining funds for the start of OSUT projects.
