Steered the digital product team expansion at group level, initiating the launch of the first fully online near-prime product in Europe, targeting new customer segments. Played key role in enhancing skill set within Group’s product community, involving development teams from over 10 countries and managing workforce exceeding 30 individuals. Led deployment of new products on both existing and newly developed IT SaaS platforms (Mambu), facilitating origination and servicing of loans entirely online, overseeing projects spanning multiple geographies with over 50 contributors.

Bancpost - 9th  Romanian Bank in terms of assets, with a diversified portfolio of both retail and corporate customers, 100+ branch network and 2000+ employees.

Oversaw entire project management for bank's sale transaction, including coordination with internal and external strategy teams (UK, Greece) for due diligence, investor workshops and sale prospect creation.

Led team of over 30 professionals in overseeing the portfolio quality of a diversified loan portfolio of consumer and small business enterprises, totalling over €1B in assets.  Responsible for implementation of sound scoring &underwriting policies to balance rapid growth with quality portfolios. Optimised application and funnel conversion using the most advanced risk models. 

Appointed as youngest C-level executive, demonstrating exceptional leadership in managing portfolio quality, lending policies and top priority projects for the BOD (CHF conversion strategy for the mortgage portfolio, AQR for PI and SBB portfolio, NBR’s reviews oversight, Group Strategic Initiatives).

Actively participated as bank's representative in various digital commissions within banking sector and collaborated on national-level digitalisation projects with National Fiscal Authority.
