Product Marketing Manager

Vista Entertainment Solutions

Joining Vista Group at the start of a global pandemic, I only focused on customer retention and support for the first months. Managing 12 products for Vista Cinema, I closely collaborate with development, design, and sales to launch, mature and deprecate solutions as market needs evolve.

Designed the first IBM European Cloud SaaS demand generation strategy. Using a data-driven approach, my team and I implemented, monitored and optimised the digital marketing campaign against clear KPIs for new and existing customers. Besides acting as the Campaign Manager for my team, I was in charge of the collaboration between the web management team, channel marketing and agencies to redesign the entire customer journey adapting it to European behaviours leading to an increase in trial registrations compared to the previous period.

After taking the role of the scrum master for my team, I became an Agile Champion for IBM Europe and the Middle East and Africa. In this capacity, I coached several non-development teams to become more agile, I planned and executed quarterly agile adoption events. To expand the Agile Community in IBM Europe I recruited, trained and supervised volunteers to become agile promoters, agile coaches or scrum masters in their teams.

Led a team of 7 Project Managers to expand the outbound prospecting model, optimize operational efficiency, increase client lifetime value and improve the relationship with vendors. The team’s direct marketing campaigns focused on cross-selling to an existing client base generated $8.1M revenue and $19.2M in pipeline for IBM major brands.

Dynamic Sales Prospecting Program Manager

I designed the content strategy for the Security business unit (including emails, website updates and social media posts), which helped IBM sellers spark conversations with new prospects. Tasked with the increase of the lifetime value of commercial clients, I planned, developed and implemented multi-touch automated direct marketing campaigns targeting existing clients to up-sell, cross-sell, or renew.

Sales Acceleration Engagement Manager

I created marketing content for IBM Spain and IBM Latin America. Partnering with local sellers I developed the content strategy for proactive initiatives like blue ocean attacks, competitor takeouts, cloud vlogs, etc. This joint effort with the local teams increased upper funnel metrics and resulted in a 10% pipeline expansion.

This customer support role helped me achieve Spanish fluency via daily interlocks with employees from Mexico, the Dominican Republic, and Trinidad and Tobago. My main responsibilities included providing a good customer experience while solving various queries for Unilever employees (giving information, producing job letters, introducing data in SAP/ Workday/ Edenred and other similar activities).

I was elected by the NGO council to lead the PR and Fundraising departments which encompassed ~127 volunteers. Besides dealing with public relation crises, account management for our biggest customer and representing the NGO in front of partners, I learned basic accounting and people management. During my term, the organisation doubled the amount of paying donors/ customers and tripled the revenue, which generated an increase in our impact.

Coordinated +20 limited budget events: conferences, workshops, faculty admission, dorm repartition, university open days, etc. My dearest projects were an awareness campaign for cervical cancer which resulted in +200 students taking a Pap test and a +80 participants team-building camp from which the organisation emerged as family.
