- Responsible for developing INSTANDA commercial activity in Portugal, Spain, Italy, Africa and UAE;
- Tasked with developing and implementing commercial strategy across the different distribution channels including developing the relationship with local and implementation partners;
- Conducting engaging presentations and demonstrations to showcase Instanda Policy Admin offering and capabilities, emphasizing its value proposition to C-level executives and key stakeholders;
- Establish a solid and reliable partner network in the region;
- Engaging with clients in EMEA in comprehensive software requirement analysis, offering a consultative approach to achieve their goals and address their pain points.

Sales Manager UK&I and EMEA

- Aligning Instanda platform capabilities with insurers, MGA's and insurance brokers products and requirements;
- Perform demo of the platform showcasing the value of the solution;
- Solution design providing a frictionless experience and smooth transition to the project plan and supporting Proof of Concept exercises;
- Bridge the gap between customer technical and business requirements and Instanda solution, providing expertise, guidance and support during the sales cycle.

Presales Technical Manager - UK&I and EMEA

Responsible for:
- Set up and implementation of the whole Coverontrip operation in the UK, 
- Seeking alternative products to distribute (Gadget, Pet and Drones insurance);
- Developing and implementing the commercial strategy on the different distribution channels (B2C; Aggregators; B2B2C – in the UK and internationally with a clear focus in Spain, Portugal and Latin America; 
- Liaise with all internal departments to present a final and comprehensive proposition 
- Relationship manager with different providers and partners (ERV Agency/Underwriting; Insurance Compliance Services Compliance; etc).

- Responsible for developing a multi channel proposition ("Click & Buy" platform, POS+ solution that overcame FCA deferment period for GAP distribution, GID, among others)
- Responsible to distribute MAPFRE Assistance products and to develop new products (Motor Excess, Service Plan, Car Warranty, Total Loss Assistance, etc.)
- Responsible for tapping into alternative distribution channels (Affinity, insurance brokers, etc.)
