I also co-founded an educational startup, organized product-related events for ProductTank Joinville, and held various roles at TOTVS, a leading software company in Latin America. I hold an MBA in Leadership, Innovation, and Management 4.0 from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio Grande do Sul and a bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems from Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
