A learning and development assistant's primary responsibility is to provide professional and effective administrative support to the learning and development team. As an L&D assistant, you will be expected to carry out a wide range of duties to support the organisation's HR and L&D function. Responsibility：

Managing Large-scale Training Organization for fresh and experienced employees within EMEA Region; it includes but not limited to participants’ registration, material preparation, training summary and satisfaction survey;
Deal with Local HR representatives requirements/ enquiries/ issues according to company policy and SLA requirement;
Built and maintain relationship with HR Representatives in EMEA Region
Partner closely with Headquarters (China) or regional centers of excellence on a variety of responsibilities as required;
Continuously optimize HR services and processes, to continuously improve work efficiency and data quality;
 Enhance user-experience and satisfaction.

Looking back I think this experience prepared me for the real world. When I first started working here I was not accustomed to toxic environment,  impossible bosses ,crazy deadlines, and more importantly I learned how to deal with all this negative and make a positive impact.Also learned about how to deal with evil people and how to make it work with them.Bottom line , even though it was the worst possible place i could lend myself in, I am more then confidend that if i made it there, I can make it anywhere.
