Infrastructure and Cyber Security Manager

Lead the Service Desk, Helpdesk & System Admin teams in all locations with the following objectives:
Resource for projects - Provide on time and accurate reports, attend project meetings, identify future projects, improvement proposals.
Knowledge Management - Create and maintain procedures, perform user training, update knowledge base
Queue management - Verify that tickets are treated with priority, follow up tickets in “Pending” states, register all tasks executed, coordinate communication with users / support teams / vendors, register all Change Requests. Also improve Mean Time to Resolve and Respond for tickets solved and reduce to zero number of tickets solved but not closed. Perform RCA reports when needed.
Make sure that VIP requests are treated with maximum quality of service.
Improve customer satisfaction - Maintaining positive client relationships, weekly report with SLA breaches, RCA when needed.
- Improve communications internally - Participate in weekly management meetings, monthly ticket analyze, knowledge transfer sessions.
- Team development - Hire new talent, one-on-one meetings, team training, improve team morale and create a good work attitude. Also assign clear responsibilities, formal performance reviews and have a main and backup support responsible concept implemented for each service.

•Equipment renewal projects (attended organizational and technical meetings, coordinated activity for HQ and around the country).
•Helped creating and applying mobile telephony policy.
•Implemented access control procedure.
•Worked on implementing Asset Management process, Incident Management, Ticket flows between HR, Financial Department and IT.
