Andrew has a long track record of being a high achiever in Team Sports and Business. Bates graduated with both Academic and Athletic honors from WSU in 2015. Some highlights include being selected to serve as an NCAA Men’s Hockey Team Captain, Worcester Cup Most Valuable Player, Freshman of the Year, Class President, Leading Goal Scorer, Professional Hockey Contract (Europe), and an earned MASCAC Conference All-Academic honors in both his Junior and Senior seasons. This has led Andrew to a successful Sales Career, highlighted by finishing as the Number #1 Sales Representative in 2020. Andrew, followed up with another award, coming in at 238% of his Sales Goal. Many teammates and colleagues look to Andrew for his strong leadership qualities. Bates has always been well respected by his Coaches, Teammates, Colleagues, and Sales Leaders for his empathy, and for always lifting up others around him. More importantly, Andrew enjoys giving back to his community. He has served as a Director for local non-profits and has organized many efforts to support those that need help the most.
