As a Producer at USI Insurance Services, I consult with human resources and C-level teams to provide data analytics, benchmarking, and creative solutions for their financial and organizational challenges. With over 10 years of experience as a professional athlete, including as an Olympian and a board member of two rugby organizations, I have developed a unique skill set that combines performance improvement, team management, and stakeholder engagement. I am currently pursuing an Executive MBA at the University of Oxford, with a focus on marketing, private equity, entrepreneurial finance, and strategy and innovation.
