I’ve spent the last decade helping ambitious founders turn early-stage ideas into meaningful, scalable ventures. As Investment Portfolio Director at Solid Bond Capital, I worked hands-on with pre-seed businesses, offering more than just capital, rolling up my sleeves to help them shape strategy, solve problems, and build momentum. Now, I focus my time running and supporting two of those ventures directly. As Chairman of Charity Fleetcare, I help not-for-profits lighten the operational load. We manage everything from vehicles and compliance to tech and training — delivering smarter logistics, safer drivers, and significant cost savings. Whether it’s moving products, support workers, or community members, we tailor solutions that are as impactful as the organisations we serve. At Your Retreats, I support a brilliant team redefining what’s possible in modular holiday lets and park homes; combining premium craftsmanship with design-led thinking and fair pricing. I also serve as a trustee of the Sheerness Dockyard Preservation Trust, where we raised over £10m to restore a historic site and create opportunity in one of the UK’s most deprived communities. I support a similar mission as trustee of the Lincolnshire Community Foundation, the county’s leading grant maker, awarding £2m–£3m annually to projects that promote well-being and alleviate symptoms of poverty. My background spans 15+ years in tech, data, and customer experience. I’m also have passion for helping create sustainable impact through charities and social enterprise.
