I look at the opportunity of what's if's and maybes rather than accepting the norm. With my experience working with some of the market leaders within their respective industries; confident in my skills to work at the highest of standard, within fast paced and changing situations. My focus is always with the customer and consumer, providing the honesty, integrity and support required for each opportunity; I believe that once combined with one of the most important skill - communication; this provides the maximum opportunity to expand and build on opportunities. The nature of my roles have always brought this to the front, whether this is face to face personal touch, telephone conversations, email or instant messaging services. The key element of this skill is to focus on listening and also pitching the conversation at the right level. From a professional discussion to a more relaxed manner with the everyday person. Knowing how and what level to pitch at each individual is something I have learnt and excel in. Success will come with adding these elements and by including the knowledge of any industry or sector, this allows the maximum potential, By continuing to challenge the norm this allows development and moving forward to occur.
