Field use of Wicklander training for the purpose of internal investigation resolution. Manage entire loss prevention budget, including capital expenses. Design and implement a comprehensive loss prevention audit program. Create and develop a loss prevention-training program for store management and staff. Scheduling of Loss Prevention associates including exit monitors. Maintenance and installation of CCTV equipment. Aspect &  I-Find trained fied use.
