As a Kearney & Company Associate, I've been immersed in a dynamic role. From facilitating internal control testing to orchestrating stakeholder communication, my commitment has been unwavering. My role extends to coordinating crucial meetings within the LRT Team, actively participating in 132 meetings, and contributing essential notes to discussions vital to the FY23 FFSA. Mastery of the ARC Tool is reflected in the seamless upload of 57 PBCs, Samples, and Follow-Ups, ensuring timely KSD submissions. Here are the key responsibilities I have carried out:

Demonstrated unwavering commitment by sending daily taskers and reports to key stakeholders, ensuring DFAS AUS, DFAS USMC, FMO-3, FMO-2, DONCIO, and FMS remained updated on IPA (EY) requests and audit progress.

Meeting Coordination Excellence:
Orchestrated 132 meetings, ensuring seamless communication within the LRT Team, taking essential notes, and actively participating in critical discussions related to the FY23 FFSA.

Audit Response Center (ARC) Tool Mastery and Timely Deliverables:
He successfully managed the ARC Tool, uploading 57 PBCs, Samples, and Follow-Ups, guaranteeing timely and effective submission of KSDs to support LRT Team initiatives.

Strategic Reporting Leadership:
Generated and sent daily reports to DFAS AUS, DFAS USMC, FMO-3, FMO-2, DONCIO, and FMS, showcasing a commitment to client service and comprehensive reporting.

Pivotal Coordination and Support:
He coordinated 240 PBCs, Samples, and Follow-Ups through direct email, ensuring prompt responses to IPA (EY) and other agency leaders and efficiently submitting KSDs. 

An unwavering commitment to excellence has defined my journey at Kearney & Company. Currently pursuing an MBA at American University with a concentration in finance, I anticipate graduation in June 2024. As an Audit Intern with Kearney & Company, I contributed to dynamic roles and responsibilities, honing my skills in audit-specific tasks. Focused on Homeowners Associations (HOAs) across Maryland, I conducted various tests on financial statements to ensure compliance with invoices, bank statements, and Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (PCAOB) guidelines. These tests played a crucial role in shaping the overall audit opinions provided by the Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Additionally, I gained valuable tax experience by preparing over 50 tax returns submitted to the state of Maryland. This internship equipped me with a comprehensive understanding of audit processes and taxation within the context of HOAs, laying a solid foundation for my continued professional growth at Kearney & Company.

As a Peer Tutor, I played a vital role in assisting students in grasping fundamental concepts and theories in economics and accounting. American Pool

As a Supervisor at American Pool during the seasonal period from May 2021 to August 2021, I conducted safety audits on lifeguards across the Baltimore county area. Reporting to a regional manager, I learned and implemented proper audit procedures. In addition to ensuring rule enforcement, I played a key role in facilitating the logistics of international lifeguards, assisting them in commuting to and from the pool. This experience enhanced my skills in safety management, audit processes, and team coordination in a dynamic seasonal environment.

During my tenure as Head Lifeguard at American Pool from May 2019 to August 2019, I managed operations at various pools in Carroll County. At Carroll Vista, a retirement community in Taneytown, Maryland, I developed effective communication skills and established pool rules to maintain a clean and safe environment for community members of all ages. This experience was further applied at Parrs Ridge Apartment complex in Westminster, Maryland, where I successfully met the challenge of ensuring a well-maintained pool area while working with diverse individuals.

In my role as a Phone Operator at Mount St. Mary's University from March 2019 to May 2019, I played a crucial role in connecting with Mount St. Mary's alumni. My responsibilities included updating their contact information and conducting surveys to gather feedback on their experiences at the university. By understanding the needs and perspectives of past students, we aimed to provide them with an opportunity to contribute to the university's growth through donations and support, fostering a sense of community and collaboration.

🎓📚 Successfully achieved my goal of earning a B.S. in Forensic Accounting and Accounting at Mount St. Mary's University in May 2022! 🎉 During my undergrad, I interned at Kerich Business & Tax Solutions Ltd, assisting with cash disbursement testing and general ledger analysis. Grateful for the experience! Currently, I'm an Associate at Kearney & Company, working on consulting engagements for the Department of Navy's audit response branch. Specifically, I focus on internal control testing and improving business processes. Also pursuing an MBA at American University.
