Currently, I am the Resort Services Director at Perisher Ski Resort, where I oversee the operations of Guest Services/Ticketing, Snowsports School, Rental and Retail Departments performance with the largest ski resort in the Southern Hemisphere and part of Vail Resorts. As a passionate skier and outdoor enthusiast, I also served as a Ski Patroller at Perisher where I provided emergency care and rescue services to skiers and snowboarders. I hold multiple certifications in advanced first aid and CPR, and I have been awarded the National Medal for my long and diligent service to the community. I enjoy working in a diverse and inclusive environment, and I value the feedback and opinions of my team and customers. I am always eager to learn new skills and technologies, and I hold an MBA from Macquarie Graduate School of Management.
