- Drafted and implemented marketing plan for NBS within the first 60 days on the team
- Led engagement with Ernst & Young to review and implement improvements with NBS commissions
- Served as day to day leader for several months to back office service team (Rapid Response) during the leave of two levels of leadership and implemented many process improvements to increase staff engagement while reducing turnaround time while exceeding expectations in my primary marketing leadership role.
- Led the back office support of the launch of one of the most significant new NBS relationships in Q4 with the appointment of over 500 new agents in one month, two weeks ahead of schedule.

- Developed and implemented improved accounts receivable and collection process.

Responsible for the day to day leadership of the Underwriting Department at Endurance Express (small to middle market, property and casualty, binding division) comprised of 5 direct employees  9 dotted line associates; 3 offices (New Hyde Park, NY - Florham Park, NJ - Columbus, OH) , $165 Million in main street commercial lines premium spread over 49 states and over 125 independent wholesale agents (privately held and national corporate/bank owned).  

Selected Accomplishments:
- Created improved premium audit strategy.
- Completed a formal career path project that entailed new job titles, requirements and descriptions, compensation bands, underwriting authority grants and underwriting audits for associates.
- Actively participated in a complete overhaul of product, including of rate, rule and form, and an overhaul of distribution including current and future appointment strategy .
- Actively participated in the implementation of an outsourced policy file and guideline compliance team.

The division was eliminated post merger in late 2017.

While maintaining previous corporate marketing responsibilities, responsible for the day to day underwriting operations of the General Agency Group - Eastern Regional Office, comprised of over 65 associates, servicing over 125 agents producing over $130 Million in premium. The ERO contains 37 states from the East Coast to Texas. 

Responsible for the oversight of the General Agency Group Underwriting Referral Team, handling referral accounts throughout the United States.

Responsible for the oversight of the General Agency Group BBAT, an internal team that reviews binding authority business throughout the United States.

Responsible for the oversight and leadership of the Surety Department, consisting of miscellaneous surety, probate and appeal bonds. 

Responsible for the oversight of the General Agency Group Excess & Umbrella Underwriting Division based out of San Francisco, handling excess casualty and umbrella business throughout the United States until all umbrella/excess departments were consolidated in December of 2013.

Post rating downgrade, served as a leading contributor to the recovery plan through expense control, crisis communication, relationship management and product redesign.  Highlights include maintaining every agency contract, sustained profitability and growth within 2 years of the downgrade and strengthening core underwriting acumen.

Selected Accomplishments:
Between August 2005 and October 2007, appointed Twenty-One independent agencies committing over $5,750,000 in eligible premium over the first three years of their respective agency appointments with Allied.

Drove the territory from $266,000 in direct written premium, from one agency, in July of 2005 to over $4,920,000 in direct written premium in October 2007.  

Posted profitable territory loss ratios of 49% in 2005, 51% in 2006, and 39% through October of 2007 (excluding a single event).

Mentored peer sales managers corporately on territory management techniques and assisted regional underwriting management on aclimating junior underwriters to the industry.
