I create personalized experiences and content, working closely with marketing, sales and customer success teams to execute unique marketing strategies targeting our highest potential - value customer and prospect accounts. Key responsibilities include: 

- Scheduling regular one on one meetings with Account Executives to ensure sales and marketing are in unison.

Account Development Representative

As the Marketing Development Representative I was the first point of contact for all inbound leads. Using email, phone and chat functions, I qualified all leads and passed them to the appropriate sales representative.

- Updated and utilized a territory chart for multiple sales representatives ranging from local to national accounts. 
- Mastered platforms such as Salesforce, Zendesk, email and phone to qualify all inbound leads. 
- Created the marketing and sales workflow to facilitate a better understanding of the transition from marketing to sales when leads are captured, qualified and passed to sales representatives. 
-  Followed up on all leads from trade shows, answered all questions and scheduled meetings for appropriate sales representatives.

Marketing Development Representative

-	Mitigating all client issues through phone and email correspondence leading to a direct increase in client satisfaction and overall account success. 
-	Managing a portfolio of over 40 accounts nation-wide, serving to provide clients with exceptional experience and continued account growth.

- Worked closely with the promotions department to develop new and interesting ways to promote the Austin Chronicle.
