Work with the Drivers and Driver Managers primarily in the Birmingham terminal, but across the country with the day to day operations. Oversee training and work with my team to achieve some of the best turnover rates in the industry and help meet the drivers needs.

I helped manage landscape installs from the inception of the idea, to billing the finished product. I would meet with the homeowner to access their wants and needs. From that point, I was in charge of working an estimate, ordering all materials needed, and getting the job scheduled. I would meet with our crews daily to set goals for the day and week until the job was completed. It was an extremely rewarding job, to see projects from an idea, to a finished product.
