Andrew, a solicitor specialising in the practice of corporate finance law, opened a new firm, Power Law, in January 2022 and currently acts as managing partner. In corporate matters, Andrew regularly advises businesses, shareholders and investors on a broad range of corporate law matters, including buying and selling businesses, shareholder matters, MBO's, private equity and venture capital investments, restructurings and general business law matters. From a banking and finance perspective, Andrew advises domestic and international financial institutions, investment funds and private investors and borrowers on a wide range of finance matters with a particular focus on general banking facilities, property finance, acquisition finance, corporate banking, project finance, refinancing and debt restructuring.
