I'm passionate about building brands. My depth of knowledge and extensive experience in product design, sourcing, marketing, sales and operations has cultivated a very unique, holistic perspective that has shaped my approach to building and managing brands for market longevity and profitability. I have a keen eye for the big picture, envisioning brands' potential and creating strategic plans designed to get them there profitably. It takes a great team to make this happen through amazing product design, innovative channel strategies and impactful marketing initiatives and having worked extensively in all of these areas I have an understanding of the various needs and considerations of each. As such, I bring unique insights into bridging the gaps that often exist during growth stages and bringing teams together to focus on achieving top level goals and objectives. In and out of work I love to get my hands dirty, both figuratively and literally, with a "lead by example" leadership style. Outside of working hours I paddle a pretty mean canoe, I love the sound of the rain on a tent roof and I try to get into the great outdoors with friends and family as often as possible.
