• Drove product development in the business' infancy phase which included liaising
with a forensic analytics laboratory and utilising scientific data in conjunction with marketplace feedback to make decisions on end-product characteristics;

• Future order forecasting plus overseeing the production of stock and timely delivery;

• Leading business growth and sales initiatives through networking and cold-calling;

My role and achievements include:

- Analysing customer experiences, identifying shortcomings and implementing solutions;
- Leading the expansion into targeted overseas markets by liaising with an offshore 3rd party web developer to enable location specific live freight rates. (This initiative resulted in >$180k per annum in new business.)
- Development and distribution of monthly newsletters via Mailchimp;
- Segmenting the LCS client database using the Mailchimp platform;
- Making decisions about upcoming promotions or sale incentives by analysing sales data;
- Overseeing the dispatch of sales made online including coordinating after sales assistance.
