I founded and led the appraisal division for Colliers International Valuation in Boise from 2014-2020. Valuation Services include real property valuation, appraisal, and consulting services across all commercial real estate asset classes. My previous valuation experience includes fee simple, leased fee, leasehold and easement appraisals of office, retail, industrial, multi-family and specialty properties. I am heavily involved in the national specialty practice groups for manufactured housing communities (MHC) and self-storage property types regionally for Idaho, Oregon, and Washington.

As a Senior Underwriting Analyst, I worked with an underwriting, legal and sales team to structure, conduct due diligence, and close bridge loans secured by non-stabilized commercial real estate assets. Due diligence included appraisal ordering and review, lease review, valuation modeling, and site inspections of all collateral. In addition to initial underwriting, I also served as the asset manager throughout the life of the loan; approving new leases, administering TILC and cap ex draw requests, and conducting portfolio valuations.

A10 Capital is a full service, nationwide lending business specializing in small to middle market commercial mortgage loans.  Our core product is a 3-5 year bridge loan often used to finance properties not yet in a position to obtain longer-term, permanent financing. A10 Capital is known for certainty of timely funding made possible by its strong balance sheet and full service lending platform that includes origination, underwriting, closing and servicing.

The UW- Madison Real Estate program was recently ranked the #1 real estate MBA program nationally by US News and World Report.

While at UW, I was active in the Real Estate Club, severed as the 2013 Career Fair coordinator and took part in CRE market trips to Denver, Dallas, Boston, Austin, Hong Kong and Shanghai. I also competed in two case study competitions including the MIT CASE and UT-Austin Development competition.

Created the summer underwriting associate position at a start-up private equity firm that has closed on $640 million of distressed debt acquisitions since 2009.

Part of the acquisitions team that underwrote 79 pools of performing and non-performing  notes with unpaid principal balance in excess of $500 million; successfully acquired $40 million of mortgages. I personally underwrote 100+ small balance note bids of all property types in 15 states.
