I specialize in multifamily investment sales including apartments, manufactured housing, and development land in Idaho. I bring a unique real estate perspective as a former MAI appraiser, underwriter, and owner/operator. I began my career in commercial real estate in 2007, working in Vancouver, WA; Portland, OR; and Boise, ID. I previously founded the Colliers International Valuation Boise office in 2014 and worked as an appraiser focused on manufactured housing communities (MHCs) in the West. Transitioning to brokerage in 2020, I was named Newcomer of the Year in 2021 and was the 3rd highest grossing agent in 2022 at Colliers Idaho. I own three MHCs with my family in the Boise metro. I am committed to preserving and expanding affordable housing through off-site construction. I am also on the board of the Idaho Manufactured Housing Alliance and a manufactured housing retailer.
