Currently focused on empowering and transforming startup teams. Through a proven “Lean Leadership” methodology, we assess team structure, identify gaps, and implement skills and techniques to transform a team’s ability to hit their goals. Oftentimes, founders are fully aware of their challenges - like not hitting sales targets or product timelines - but are unaware there they come from gaps in team cohesion, management systems and leadership. That’s when I encourage founders to consider management training. My style is to uncover an individual or team’s greatness, activate it and actualize it with a focus, creativity and fun to hit their goals.
