I am an Operating Partner with KTDR Capital. We are investing the personal assets of four CEOs who are now leading private company investors with 200+ investments collectively. I co-lead originations and am responsible for due diligence. For one of our investments, I will join the management team to run day-to-day operations. My background is a mix of business development, strategy, and financial & data analysis with experience in the medical device, technology, veterinary services, and economic consulting industries. We believe that KTDR is a unique partner for business owners. Investing our founders' personal capital enables us to be flexible with transaction terms to create win-win partnerships and take a long-term perspective. We can deploy an Operating Partner like myself should the owner be looking to transition out of full-time management. While our focus is on majority acquisitions, we also evaluate minority opportunities.
