At BMG360, I’ve been responsible for driving meaningful growth through Conversion Rate Optimization. By leveraging behavioral insights, website data and A/B testing, I’ve helped clients increase conversions and revenue, while also improving user experience. -Increased customer acquisition across the 4 Pet’s Global brands while managing and leading paid social, email and sms marketing efforts across Facebook, Google search and display, Instagram, Twitter, and Youtube.

-Assisted in production & management of YouTube channel called “Paw Pack” gaining one million views, over four thousand subscribers, and 2 awards in less than 4 months.

-Assisted in the development and execution of an online learning portal for all 4 Pet’s Global brands to support and educate our sales team and retailers on brand and product positioning in market.

-Worked with sales team and in-house creative team to effectively optimize, create and execute marketing materials needed for events, and in-store promotions.

-Worked with the customer service team to optimize and create new processes due to incoming calls and emails regarding current marketing campaigns.

-Led brainstorming, ad strategy, creative strategy and execution of all digital advertising campaigns that resulted in an increase of conversion rates.

-Managed Facebook ads that generated consistent and low cost per leads using competitor research, campaign optimization, a/b testing, unique selling propositions and offer testing.

- Increased website traffic by creating & implementing digital marketing funnels used for advertising on Facebook and Google PPC and display. 

-Increased organic search by through awareness campaigns across Facebook & Google.

-Led and created on-going reports on organic and paid analytics using google analytics and google search console to optimize current marketing campaigns.

- Created & executed Facebook Advertising Campaigns, while working with clients to quickly make changes to website, email campaigns, app notifications, and availability of items based off day to day analytics.  

- Consulted companies on their digital efforts, and where improvements can be made to maximize their attention, gain following, website optimization, advertising, online engagement and obtain new customers with conversion-based campaigns. 

- Partnered with new clients on an onboarding process where I help them better understand the importance of data,  analytics, pixel and google tag tracking while installing.

- Proposed an online customer review system and an incentive strategy for the sales team that was successfully implemented. This led to a large and stable increase in reviews and trust amongst customers on yelp and google.

- Led strategy on a complete restructure of creative and copy on yelp, including production.

- Managed all social media channel comments, reviews and direct messages to successfully led to a great customer experience and handled customer inquiries. 

- Handle all customer inquiries on social medias, complaints, billing questions and payment extension/service requests.

Community Engagement Manager

City of Lynwood- Community Developmnent Department

- After-school  Program: Tutor & Inspire youth ages 5- 18.

- Monitoring of programs and closing procedures for various City facilities.

- Assigned to major Citywide special events staff team responsible for complicated event set-ups including stages, audio/visual, and general supervision.

- Provide programming information to public in person and over telephone.

- Summer Food Program: Site supervision of high profile youth meals program for children ages 2-18; serving over 100 participants per week day.
