I am an experienced chartered director with a passion for Web3 innovation and a proven ability to lead organisations in fast-moving, competitive markets. As the CEO of the Radix Foundation, I worked with the founders to develop a cutting-edge Layer 1 and the development of a decentralised finance (DeFi) ecosystem. Radix is built to address the key challenges of scalability, security, and usability, including a new Web3 language based on Rust that has empowered developers and businesses to build secure innovative solutions that unlock the full potential of blockchain technology. In addition to my role at Radix, I serve as Director and MLRO/MLCO for Metaverse, a Jersey schedule 2 regulated VASP business providing compliant digital asset bridging which incorporates a seamless identity verification solution for Web3 applications. I also serve as a director on Exosphere which develops and deploys its own Web3 trading strategies into digital ecosystems. My expertise in Web3 builds on a deep understanding of digital technologies and their transformative potential. I’ve led initiatives that bridge traditional industries with blockchain, such as: • Establishing fintech and blockchain strategies as a Director of Digital Jersey, including the development of the Jersey cryptocurrency VCE regime in 2015, blockchain innovation frameworks, and digital domicile solutions within Jersey. • Guiding strategic expansion as Group CEO of Twelve40, integrating innovative technologies and partnerships to deliver scalable, market-leading solutions in the Lottery sector. • As Non Executive Chairman of Mohawk on Line (the B2C arm of a Candian Sportsbook) I oversaw the generation of $34m for the Kahnawa:ke community. • Co-founding Foreshore, pioneering offshore SaaS, IaaS, and DRaaS services across 30 countries and setting the standard for digital infrastructure in global markets.
