ZocDoc is a five year old Healthcare Technology start-up in need of quickly growing their Sales Organization. Brought on as a Consultant to work as part of Sales Management to architect and implement a scalable structure and methodology for hiring and retaining Inside and Outside Sales-People.  
Project completion included:
*Creating and administering a diagnostic for the existing Sales hiring process and associated recruiting staff
*Establishing daily/weekly/monthly activity levels and building a metrics platform to manage interview process conversion rates as well as internal recruiting staff productivity levels 
*Partnering directly with VP’s of Sales and Sales Leadership to redesign the hiring profile and interview process to attract top Sales talent
*Originating and executing a hiring program to create two new Inside Sales departments, leading to 20+ new hires within one months’ time and propelling the largest Sales hiring month in the companies’ history
*Writing and administering a Sales recruiter training program while managing and mentoring the internal Sales recruiting team
