As the Human Resources Director at Kinston Community Health Center, I oversee the full scope of HR operations—including recruitment, onboarding, compensation, employee relations, benefits, compliance, and staff development—for a growing healthcare organization serving eastern North Carolina. I partner with executive leadership to align our HR strategy with organizational goals, ensure legal and regulatory compliance, and cultivate a productive, people-centered workplace culture. As a career coach and resume strategist, I’ve also supported professionals across industries in navigating transitions, articulating their strengths, and pursuing meaningful work. I hold a Master’s in Executive Leadership and certifications in Project Management, Workers’ Compensation Administration, and School Business Operations—and I’m currently pursuing my PHR.
