I was very lucky when I started to join and organisation that put L&D at the heart of everything they did. As I moved through my carear I began to see that is the exception rather than the rule. When I started my own business it was very much heads down in to the delivery and as the teams grew I realised I did offer much in the way of L&D and that was a huge gap but as an SME we did have the band width to provide that.
