Andrew Pass is an entrepreneur with more than twenty years of experience. In 2009, he founded A Pass Educational Group, LLC, an educational content development company. A Pass runs on the Entrepreneurial Operating System, EOS. With a pool of high-caliber associates, A Pass works with organizations to develop content. A Pass designs courses, writes assessment questions, correlates instruction to assets, has a world language department, and more. The company works with all levels, from pre-kindergarten to corporate. Under Mr. Pass's leadership, A Pass Educational Group, LLC has grown into a multi-million dollar business. More recently, Andy became an implementer for EOS, coaching other businesses as they develop high quality infrastructures enabling the fulfillment of business visions. Prior to his most recent initiatives, Mr. Pass completed advanced doctoral work in Curriculum, Teaching and Educational Policy at Michigan State University. In addition, he holds an M.A. in Jewish Education from the Jewish Theological Seminary of America and a B.A. in Political Science from Columbia University. After graduating from college, Pass taught fifth and sixth grade Judaic studies courses at a private school in Texas for three years. He later taught pre-service social studies methods courses at Michigan State. He taught graduate courses in educational technology, focusing on the many education friendly tools within Web 2.0.
