Andrew Pimlott is the Co-Leader of the Global Financial Crime Compliance practice within the Ankura Risk Advisory segment. He previously worked as a partner at EY and in Deloitte’s Forensic Investigations practice. Andrew brings regulatory expertise to large-scale financial services investigations, particularly in financial crime, including anti-money laundering, terrorist financing, and economic sanctions. He has led clients—among the largest financial institutions—through complex and high-impact regulatory and legal matters. On numerous occasions, he has represented them before U.S. courts, and regulators such as the New York Department of Financial Services (DFS), the Department of the Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), the Department of Justice (DOJ), and the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), as well as regulators across EMEA. Activities include: Leading a large sanctions investigation for a UK Financial institution under investigation by US regulators 'The Office of Foreign Assets Control'. Andrew presented the data disclosure to US regulators.
