Elevate to Even Plus Incorporated is a nonprofit organization that levels the playing field for underrepresented young adults to break the cycle of social and economic inequality that exists in our communities. We fund and facilitate access to formative, paid work experience for students and help other organizations tap into a pool of promising young talent. 

Over the past three years, we have placed smart, motivated yet historically underserved students into 150 meaningful, paid internships in NJ, CT, OH, and CA.

Lead the transformation of the company's employee mobility program from a wholly decentralized activity to a harmonized, integrated global practice under a newly formed Group Mobility function. Through continual collaboration with 42 distinct locations and frequent interactions with the Executive Committee and other leaders, successfully introduced a company-wide program to more effectively support the mobilization of staff.  Additionally, the Mobility function achieved significant progress working with commercial bid teams to apply more disciplined methodologies when preparing proposals for client projects that rely on the deployment of staff across borders.

Responsible for all employee mobility activity and the ongoing management of over 900 international assignments. Organizational change activities included the development and implementation of cutting edge policy and compensation programs to support diverse business requirements, and aligning mobility practices with the company's talent management objectives. Major initiatives included the integration of the Reuters and Thomson mobility programs and the implementation of an industry leading workflow management and expatriate payroll software solution.

Concurrent with mobility responsibilities, was accountable for the administration of the company's employee share plans with over 10,750 employee participants in 90 countries.  Most significant initiative was the accelerated vesting of all Reuters plans upon the merger with Thomson - involving 46 million shares and delivering over $120 million in value to participants.

Andrew has served on several advisory boards and industry leadership positions. He is the former Board Chair of the Worldwide Employee Relocation Council and currently Co-chairs Upward Mobility, the diversity internship program for the mobility industry. He is a frequent speaker at conferences and industry events and has presented in the US, Europe and Asia.
