After more than three decades in global human resources—leading programs in international compensation and employee mobility—I transitioned from corporate leadership to mission-driven impact. I’m the Founder and Executive Director of Elevate+, a nonprofit organization working to close the opportunity gap for underserved students through paid internships and transformative professional development. What began as a response to deep inequities in access to early work experience has grown into a multi-city initiative helping students from marginalized communities gain confidence, skills, and career-building networks. I draw on my background in people strategy, global mobility, and stakeholder engagement to build partnerships across sectors, scale impact sustainably, and center equity in workforce development. I’ve served in advisory and board roles throughout my career, including as Board Chair of the Worldwide ERC and Co-chair of Upward Mobility. I’ve spoken at conferences across the U.S., Europe, and Asia, and my work has been featured in The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, BBC News, FOX Business, and more.
