I use analytics to solve problems & build products. I’ve worked across many different types of industries, teams & organisations. That diversity of experience has taught me multiple ways to solve problems. My core passion is people. I love helping teams succeed. I do that by motivating, inspiring, listening, and acting with empathy. I’m just as happy as a team member as I am a team lead and have been successful in both roles throughout my career. I have a particular passion for building out analytics teams, via mentoring, training and documentation. Particularly I love mentoring & training people in analytics and analytical thinking. Lost to the rabbit hole of decentralised networks. Crypto is not just about trading! The most interesting stuff is decentralised (read: shared) ownership and governance. It's just a lot harder to grok than the casino which has been paying for all the infra so far.
