I use analytics to solve problems & build products. I’ve worked across many different types of industries, teams & organisations. That diversity of experience has taught me multiple ways to solve problems. My skills enable me to quickly immerse myself in new industries & tools. Prior to MNET, Halfbrick, Nuonic, & Arkose I knew very little about the industries & products but within a short space of time I became knowledgeable enough to participate meaningfully in building the products and mentoring other staff members. My passion for innovation has seen me lead teams at external & internal innovation events & help lead HealthHack for a number of years. My core passion is people. I love helping teams succeed. I do that by motivating, inspiring, listening, and acting with empathy. I’m just as happy as a team member as I am a team lead and have been successful in both roles throughout my career. I have a particular passion for building out analytics teams, via mentoring, training and documentation. Particularly I love mentoring & training people in analytics and analytical thinking.
