H&S Ltd was born from a love and passion for serviced accommodation and a desire to lead the change and set a new standard for SA management. 

As holders of our own serviced accommodation portfolio, we became increasingly frustrated with the poor standard of service offered by existing SA management providers and the associated premium price tag. We sought to bring together our own proven systems to iron out our client's key pain points, at a price point that allows them the freedom to enjoy hassle and hands - free solutions, whilst maximising revenue from their vacation property. 

Every aspect of our service is specifically designed to help more holiday home owners unlock untapped potential in their vacation property, using digital technology and systematisation to bring SA management into the 21st Century

Properties Unique provide self-contained serviced apartments and have over 15 years of experience. We are renowned for providing excellent customer service, of which we are immensely proud. We acquired the business which has enabled us to expand and we now have over 100 properties in our portfolio, offering corporate and leisure stays in and around the North East including Newcastle, Gateshead, Durham, and the Northumberland Coast.

Our Sister Company H&S North East goes from strength to strength and we look forward to taking both companies forward through 2021.

Properties Unique offer an alternative to hotels in the North East of England. By offering more space, comfort, privacy and flexibility, guests are guaranteed a relaxing ‘home away from home’ environment as opposed to being confined to a hotel room.
