(Formerly W3.Digital / Working Three) I was responsible for commercial leadership for the company, a customer experience and data-focused management consultancy.

Along with responsibility for setting the W3’s commercial strategy and the introduction of new operational processes, commercial discipline and systems, I led the business development and client management activity for the consulting team. 

This solid foundation resulted in W3 attracting a superb client base, comprising the likes of GlaxoSmithKline, Village Roadshow and APT, as well as several of the nation’s major sports organisations.

Along with my brother, we restructured our father's former advertising agency into a nimble, agile customer insight and CRM agency, reflective of our collective business experience.

Focusing initially on the company’s historic market, motorcycle manufacturers, we built it into a trusted partner to nine of the top ten companies in this sector. This success led me to expand the client base into automotive and financial services markets, across Europe and further afield.

I was responsible for setting and overseeing the delivery of the company’s commercial strategy to include sales and marketing functions, and product development. This resulted in the launch of MSP’s technology-based customer experience products, Gather and Discover, which enabled the company’s expansion into new markets, including media, financial services and the events sector. These products also allowed further development of strategic relationships with clients and agency partners.

Under my leadership, the agency became the only marketing services and technology company to work globally with Rolls-Royce Motor Cars, Bentley Motors and Aston Martin.

Building on the success of the UK operation, I subsequently led MSP’s international growth into the Asia Pacific region with the launch of its first overseas operation in Australia.

During my tenure, I progressed rapidly through the company in three roles: firstly becoming the third highest achieving salesperson in the UK (averaging 131% of target in my 18 months in the role). I was then seconded to develop the company's Australian operation. Operating out of offices in Melbourne and Perth, I was responsible for revenue growth and recruiting and managing the sales team.

After a successful 18 months, I returned to the UK to focus on strategic financial services accounts and heighten the profile of the company, both within the clients and with third-party service providers.
