With almost two decades of experience in strategy, sales, and marketing for SaaS marketing companies, I am the Chief Customer Officer at Knotch, the leading content intelligence platform that helps marketers measure and optimize their content across every stage of the customer journey. At Knotch, I ensure that our clients get the most value out of our platform and achieve their content goals. I also host the Pros & Content Podcast, where I interview top marketing leaders and share insights on content strategy, measurement, and optimization. Additionally, I am a frequent speaker at industry events and webinars, where I showcase how content intelligence can transform marketing performance and outcomes. Before my life in digital marketing, I was a member of the US Rowing team, starting in 2002 through to the 2008 Olympics. During that time my teammates and I won multiple National Championships and were World Champions in 2008.
