International NGO “Ponimanie” with the main office in Minsk, Belarus and branches in Lithuania and the Ukraine, employs 6 professionals in the office, it hires 28 experts in 2015, and more than 340 volunteers of several categories participate in its activity. 
INGO "Ponimanie" is national leader and one of EE-CIS regional leaders in Prevention and Response to Child Abuse and Neglect. It develops in Belarus the United Child Protection Model including 7/24 toll-free Child Helpline Belarus, network of 21 CAC, Treatment Service for abused children, National Center for Missing and Exploited Children – Belarus. The United Child Protection Model makes great influence on CEE-CIS Regional Child Protection Systems as well as in other middle and low-income countries. Our action is going from the bottom of Direct Service Delivery to the top of Policy Making in favor of children’s rights and protection of child victims and witnesses of violence.
INGO “Ponimanie” is National Partner of ISPCAN since 2006, UNICEF implementing partner in 2001-2006, member of Child Rights Connect, CRIN, CHI, GMCN, partner of IOM in prevention of trafficking in children, EE partner of Gundersen NCPTC, IVAT, NCAC, participant of GC-13 to the UN CRC, participant of reporting to UN CRC and UPR. "Ponimanie" was Grantee of UNICEF, CAP (USAID), World Bank, and SDC. "Ponimanie" works on international donors market. It is Grantee of WCF, UBSOF, EC and British Council, Govt. of Poland, Govt. of FRG and SOS-Kinderdorf, US Govt., and private foundations. 
INGO “Ponimanie” has several awards of UNICEF, USAID, World Bank, ISPCAN, NDAA, NCAC, Gundersen NCPTC, Boston University, Ramböll Management (Sweden), Chance International Foundation (Belarus), as well as local awards. It is Laureate of National Social Fair of 2005, 2006, and 2007.

With over 20 years of experience in social entrepreneurship, human rights, and innovation, I am passionate about promoting global equality and justice through empowering success and sustainability with local civil society and its actors.
In my past, I am an internationally recognized change-maker in children's human rights and child protection, and an award-winning system builder with strong managerial skills. I am also an AI early evangelist, author, speaker, visionary, and strategist, who has designed and implemented programs and policies to address the most pressing global issues. I have received numerous awards and recognitions both in the US and internationally, and I have been an alumnus of prestigious programs and institutions, such as USAID, the British Council, and Stanford University.
