I lead the development of an application aimed at transporters and couriers. I was at the forefront of defining product strategy, discovery and research with users and customers, ideation and validation of prototypes, roadmap definition, delivery planning, launch, app and web solution support and monitoring metrics for product optimization.

We obtained the product classification at the level of excellence measured through the product's NPS survey in 2023, by using techniques such as Outcome Driven Innovation, Job To Be Done and Continuous Discovery.

I worked as a Java backend developer for cloud native microservices for SaaS products. Ensuring technical feasibility in the ideation phase of products for Yard and Gate Control, Loading and Unloading Scheduling and Shipment Optimization. I acted as technical leader for these products and supported the product manager in mapping user stories, technical refinement and quality control of features.

I worked on the development of the digital solution for Storage Control in Port Terminals and Bonded Areas. I performed the roles of gathering requirements, coding and testing new features, as well as bug fixes and tool support. I also developed the continuous integration model and the customization model through the product's DLL (Dynamic Lync Library).

I worked as a developer on the TMS (Transportation Management System) solution specialized in road transport management. During this time I developed new functionalities for issuing tax documents, calculating freight and issuing taxes provided for in Brazilian legislation.
