Prior to starting Lith Token, Andrew sourced acquisition opportunities and developed relationships with oil and gas, mineral & royalty buyers as a partner at Boomslang Resources. During his time at Boomslang, Andrew was involved in over $100M of asset acquisitions with mineral and royalty funds backed by the likes of the Canadian Pension Fund, the London Pension Fund, and Apollo Global Management. With the energy transition in full effect, Andrew made his move into the lithium industry through an investment into Ensorcia Metals in 2020. After immersing himself in the industry to fully understand the opportunities available with ESG investing and cryptocurrency combined, Lith Token was born. Andrew graduated from Texas Tech University with a degree in Business.
