My background in aviation has given me respect for uncompromised quality, while my time working unmanned ground vehicles has taught me that the mission always comes first. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege to lead diverse teams working across the globe to solve hard problems. I specialize in building and leading cohesive teams that come together with a unified strategy to create world-class products. Today I focus on identifying opportunities for new product development. I do this by creating strategy that focuses on the business and commercialization plans that support the product and technology development, then build the teams to execute. As an adjunct professor, and member of the Industrial Advisory Board for Mechatronics at Michigan Technological University I stay connected to the latest innovation trends. I spend my free time helping startups, entrepreneurs, students and colleagues to give back to the communities that helped me grow.
