I served two simultaneous positions with MaxPro: The first was as a Business Analyst. It was my responsibility to work with clients from conception to execution, and during the time period, I had to learn their individual business rules (which differed greatly), and integrate those rules into their tailored policy management software. 
The second position was as an acting Project Manager. As the single-point of contact between the client and the software development team, it was my responsibility to ensure production was hitting target deadlines negotiated between myself and the client. This involved all aspects of the full spectrum of Project Management.

I started as a temp for Eaton, and my responsibilities as Team Lead was to manage a production line, manufacturing aerospace electronics. 
After being hired on full-time, I was immediately promoted to CI Team Lead and then CI Lead (once Safran purchased Eaton). My responsibilities increased to managing all Continuous Improvement activities for the entire facility and production operations. I managed a multitude of simultaneous projects, all aimed at reducing cost, improving production velocity and increasing innovation.

• Primarily lead revolving teams on the ACE20 Line, a large engine drive aeronautical GPU line producing (6) different units in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures that I personally developed and published. 
• Acted as Assistant Project Manager in implementing ITW’s version of Lean Manufacturing principles and included influences from the Toyota Production System, Total Quality Management, and 3M/8 Wastes elimination processes, eventually becoming a guru of sorts for efficiency strategies and expanding my knowledge base of continuous improvement techniques. 
• Continued honing my skills in Project Management and Lean Manufacturing, putting myself through a number of different training seminars and certification programs in order to be at the cutting edge of project management in an effort to increase my abilities as a mentor and coach to not only subordinates, but as a key advisor for upper management as well.

• Shipboard firefighter, flooding, and CBR (Chemical, Biological, Radiological Warfare Defense) specialist on board the USS Hopper DDG-70; Arleigh Burke class guided missile destroyer based in Pearl Harbor, Hawaii. 
• Acted as Work Center Supervisor, managing and coordinating all PMS (Planned Maintenance System) operations for the “R” (Repair) Division (Engineering Department). 
• Earned two (2) Naval and Marine Corps Achievement Medals, a national defense medal, and global anti-terrorism medal.
