I am a practicing lawyer and technologist who has taken multiple legal service businesses from zero to one. My legal practice has involved helping clients address some of their most complex issues in commercial litigation, privacy, insurance, crisis management, and government relations. As both a founder and an intrapreneur, I have launched, managed and/or advised on multiple alternative legal business structures, including two Arizona ABS law firms. As a technologist, I have consulted with global legal departments on their data and operations strategy.
