My background has consisted of Managing CAT A/B fit-outs/strip-outs and refurbishments on commercial office spaces and bars up to the value of approx. £750,000 In central London. Always Promoting and maintaining the highest standards of health & safety under CDM Regs and a CPP. During my earlier years running a building and maintenance company, I acquired many valuable skills that I have been able to transfer to my career in construction management. I have always undertaken projects that require me to be able to effectively manage my own time and coordinate teams to achieve specific deadlines both on domestic and commercial projects. I have always been proud to represent myself and the companies I work for. I consider myself to be very Client focused, polite, and well-presented.  I frequently go the extra mile to ensure work has been completed to a high standard and on the program. I believe good communication and accountability across the board are vital for any successful project with a snag-free handover. My aim to progress into project management.
