Cogent

Key member of the Executive Management Team, reporting to the CEO.

I am responsible and accountable for multiple departments within the agency including; creative, artwork studio, retouching, trafficking, production, project management, film, PR, social media, development and Cogent’s photography studio, Junction Eleven. Total headcount of 45+.

My responsibilities also includes the operational structure and processes of the agency. I am accountable for time management, making sure all projects are properly planned and travel as frictionlessly as possible through the agency, putting first class client experience at the heart of our structure, processes and culture.

I also have a financial responsibility to the business as a whole, supporting a relentless drive for accuracy in quoting, forecasting and budgeting.

As part of my additional responsibility as Talent Coach, I am working to build the next generation of leaders through mentoring, and a programme of engagement with Universities and schools, setting up graduate and apprentice programmes and opportunities within the agency.

Head of Creative Services and Talent

Rees Bradley Hepburn

Rees Bradley Hepburn is one of the largest independent full service agencies outside of London. Upon joining, I've rapidly progressed to Production Director and became a senior member of the Operational board; working closely with the Operational and Creative Directors.

In a diverse role requiring enthusiasm, diligence and technical skill, I am responsible for driving the department – and the agency as a whole - forward. While restructuring a 16-strong production team and overseeing staff operations, I worked with other departments on business planning and budget development to boost profitability.

This involves managing resources effectively, streamlining processes and structures, introducing new technology, facilitating staff training, trafficking work and playing a part in the agency pitch team.
